I am proud to announce the opening of my Coven. Created April 11 2009.
I would like to thank, and have thanked Cancer for approving it. I thought long and hard if I had wanted to start a Coven and the day I realized I truly did it is all I wanted, not just for me, but others as well.
Eclectic Witchery is now no more as of October 22 2009. I handed the Coven over to my great friend LadyKrystalyDarkstar who has made changes to it to better suit her needs. I know she will do well with it and it will be something enjoyable and I am a part of.

A few Covens here I have called home.
I do have a second account. And it is in a Coven that I do love with all my heart. The ones in there I do call family and I love each and every one of them. They are all truly great and make every newcomer feel at home.
I live in North America, always have. Born and raised. I have been from ocean to ocean. Some places have been great to see and others have not. I would say I enjoy the west coast more, the mountains are gorgeous. Traveling is something I do enjoy, new places are exciting. Cultures are big for me also. I am a curious one by nature. Trying new things is a must, at least once.
I am the middle child and only daughter in my family. I have a full blood brother and three half brothers. My parents were divorced when I was 13. My father remarried years later and had a son with his wife, but recently, he got divorced again. I hear from my mom and younger brother more then I do from the rest of my family. I know they are all busy and have lives of their own as well, but I am still family. Some are out west and some are out east, and me? I am right in the middle pretty much.And soon I plan on moving again. Apparently though I need to be patient and not mess with fate. -.-
I do have a job. I love what I do, just despise the company I work for. they dick everyone around. I received my promotion and raise but I still want more =p. I wish to go further in my company or at least find the same job, with better benefits, better pay because what I make does not pay the bills. Actually I would love to go to school to further develop my skills in my line of work and branch out on my own and create my own designs. That would rock.
My Spiritual beliefs have changed throughout the years. I was born and raised as a Mormon. I do have to say though, that if you are firm and live by their rules and standards, you truly will live a very very happy and sheltered life. I was very happy in that community sheltered from the outside world. Now do not get me confused with some of the other Mormons out there. there are MANY different kinds of Mormons, or those that like to call themselves that. So we also went by Latter-Day Saints. It is pretty much like Christianity. No, there is no polygamy, no forced marriages, no cultish activities. I grew up like any normal child. We did fun activities, crafts and baking, camping, playing sports. We sang songs in praise, but they were humble songs. I participated in the choir and any other activities I could.
When my parents separated, my mom stopped going and because our mom stopped going, we stopped going. Years later after we moved, I prayed. I asked if I should go back to church. And not so long afterward, some Missionaries phoned me. I took it as my sign.
I went back to church on my own, I got thoroughly involved again and even went door to door with the Missionaries. I met a lot of great people. I had a dream to one day myself go on a Mission and turn others to the Light. I did however give up on that dream when I met a non-member, moved and became engaged. I kept going to church, but there were no people my age and if there were they were married and had children. I started to feel uncomfortable and once again I left the church.
I honestly have nothing against that Religion, but I have found it is not for me. Too many rules, and I am a rule breaker. I enjoy learning of other Religions as well. I do not judge them, yet I find it interesting how so many of them are alike and have some similarities.
My own beliefs though, I have found my own path. I wondered for years what I would refer to myself as, and finally I know.
I am an eclectic solitary natural witch.
I don't do any fancy schmancy spells or rituals. Mostly I use my head and the power of thought and will it to be. If I feel I need tools, then I will use them. I do a lot of research though, I like to study. I take ideas and make them my own. I am not entirely as you would say, by the book. I can feel what I do, I need no book to tell me.
At this time though I am learning Tarot. I have my first deck called The Gilded Tarot. with a little more practice I am sure I will do fine. For this, yes I am going by the book but also my natural instincts. And so far I have been doing good. I bring them with me to work, mainly because I am requested to do so. It's amusing, but hey, whatever gives me more practice.
I could talk to people of different cultures for hours about beliefs and Religion. I just truly find it all fascinating.
Alright, let's see. What can I possibly say more about me?
Hobbies?
I used to collect coins. More specifically pennies. I collected them by years. I'm a nerd. No need to tell me what I know already. Heh Then I leave town and leave my pennies behind and my mom finds them and spends them. Oh I was so mad that day. so that is one hobby that I gave up on. I also collected coins when they came out with animals on them......my mom found those too.
I collected stamps as well. I had SOOO many. I knew nothing about stamp collecting then and I know nothing of then still. I was maybe 11 or 12 when I started. Once my Grandma mailed me a bag of unused stamps and they were from all over the world. again it was something I left behind when I moved, and when I asked my dad for them, he said that he was now collecting them. Not sure if he said if I wanted them, come get them. Nice, when I live on the other side of the country. Another hobby down the drain.
I like to make things. I make jewelry out of beads, wire, embroidery floss. Whatever look cool and can be used for jewelry I use it. However my inspiration has been lacking and I have found myself buying more jewelry then making it. I can make dream catchers too, so at least my beads and feathers do not go to waste. I really do enjoy making them. I have made maybe 10 or so, and even sold one of them for Christmas one year. I have no idea why I like making them so much. I am no pro, but I enjoy picking out certain beads and colors to use, even the feathers need to be unique.
I like to write. Unfortunately also a dead hobby. Writers block. I would write short stories and poetry. Now, just blank. I had an idea for a novel, and one day I turned it into an rpg. I wanted to see my characters come to life. And amazingly enough, I had friends who really wanted to participate. there had been at least 20 chars and players that I had. Then life came along and kicked everyone in the butt and it died out. I resurrected it a few more times, and the third time it was me who disappointed everyone. My ideas stopped coming to me. I hit a wall. And also, my own life has become chaotic. No time for Fantasy. It waits for me though, as well as my ever patient friends. One day though, I will turn it into my novel I wanted.
I like to draw. Again a dead talent. I haven't drawn for years. I don't know why? I suppose I can blame time and life on this as well. I can look at a tiny picture and draw it free hand and blow it up on a page. I had people that were willing to offer me money to draw them out some tattoos. Never happened though, people lose touch, people move. I think it was me who moved. Something always comes up.
I like to play video games. Yay for video games! Now I am not entirely into all those new systems out there. Yeah I enjoy the Wii, it's probably my fav new system out. Others N64 is my fav system I think. I love 007 and the Zelda games. I used to stay up all night when my insomnia was real bad and just play video games. I also had the old Nintendo and Sega. I used to have a GameBoy as well, but I never had one until I was about 14.
I love going out and dancing. again, it's been a while since I have done that as well. I have been busy with work and if I want to request any weekends off I have to do it 2 weeks in advance and still I may be told no. also because we are lacking in staff. I miss dancing. I have lots of fun when I do go out though.
I like to learn. I read A LOT. And I mean a lot. Lately I haven't. Again I blame life. It wears me out. My favorite things to read about are about places and cultures. I love Mythologies as well. History is just so neat. I had wanted to become an Anthropologist. Maybe I still will one day. Who knows. If not it won't stop me from reading and learning still. There are many places I would love to visit one day. Like Greece, France, UK, South America......and many many more. One day, I know I will. I crave knowledge. I also love museums as well. I literally used to dig a 3 foot hole in my mom's garden when I was younger. everyday she would fill it back in and the next day I would dig it up again. =D She got so mad. I was looking for buried treasure.
