I can begin by telling you that my love for vampires and the unknown started at a very young age. My mother was a great lover of the classic horror films, Dracula being at the top of her list. Unbeknown to her I would sneak out of bed at night and watch them quietly from the safety of the staircase hehe. Eventually she would let me watch them with her and became a lifelong past time for the both of us.

I find vampires to be so very alluring. Sensual and romantic at one moment yet calculating and evil the next. I can't honestly say that I believe them to be real at this moment as I haven't seen any concrete evidence as of yet. But I sure hope they are, I find them fascinating.

I have been on my own since I was 15. How old am I now? Let's just say much, much older and leave it at that. I attended college for 2 years and majored in Business.

I have a very curious nature, am strong willed and feisty. I am brutally honest, a trait that not everyone likes about me but I will never lie to you either. It takes a lot to embarrass me. I love a good sense of humor and can take a joke. I hurt just like everybody else and I cry shamelessly at sad movies.

I tend to be emotionally charged, everything I feel seems to be magnified. Suffice it to say that I have a hot temper and am very outspoken and opinionated sometimes to my own detriment.

I am a passionate and sensual woman, devoted and loyal to those I love and call friends. And while I have a wide circle of acquaintances those I hold close to my heart and trust are few.

A little about my chosen name; Pandoras Box. She was ordered to be created by Zeus as a punishment to mankind and was given her traits by the many gods, hence the meaning of Pandora "All Gifts". One of her gifts was the jar given to her from Zeus as a dowry upon marriage. Although warned never to open the jar by her husband Epimetheus, Pandoras curiosity got the better of her and she opened the jar releasing all the misfortunes of mankind. Once opened she shut it in time to keep one thing in the jar: anticipation of misfortune. In effect keeping hope inside until Pandora chanced to open the jar once again thus releasing hope into the world. Thus, mankind always has hope in times of evil and misfortune

Reading is a favorite past time with Dean Koontz, Stephen King and Anne Rice being at the top of my list of favorite authors. I also enjoy Amy Tan, Jodi Piccoult, Margaret George, Jonathan Kellerman, James Patterson, Harlan Coben, Greg Iles, Sandra Brown, Stephenie Meyer and Jude Deveraux.

I have an adventurous spirit and will try anything at least once. I absolutely love to ride rollercoasters! I love to garden, you'd be amazed at the peace it can bring you, go hiking, camping and the white sands of the beach. Not the crowded beaches that the hordes of tourists throng to but a peaceful beach where you can hear the soothing sounds of the water lapping the sand. I like to go out dancing at the clubs, dinner with friends and touring art museums. I have a passion for antiques, I love to imagine all the places they have been and the different kinds of people that have owned them.

I catch a movie at the theater at least once a week. I think Wuthering Heights is my all time favorite movie followed closely by Girl Interrupted. And I love the Underworld movies.

I love Horror movies!






I enjoy a lot of different types of music and since I grew up in the 80's I will always love that era, bands like Def Leopard, B-52's, Depeche Mode, The Cure, The Scorpions, Fleetwood Mac and Heart......These days its :

I have an 8 yr. old son at home with me named Justin. He is my life. Every day with him is a constant delight, I couldn't ask for a more sweet, caring and well behaved child than him. I'm blessed. I also have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. I started young *smiles*.

I have a cat named Jasper, yes I got it from the Twilight Series lol. I can't believe I have one at all as I have always been a dog person and detested cats.....Jasper has destroyed my furniture, made my house stinky at times and howls for hours on end keeping me up all night *Growls*....I sure love him.

I'm really a nice person once you get to know me, you just have to take the time to do so. I may come off a bit brash at first but I have a good heart. I stay true and loyal to my friends, for what are we without them?

People seem to take me the wrong way quite often but let me tell you, if I mean to be a bitch to you there will be no doubt about it.

I always welcome new friendships and am told I am a good listener. I'm the kind that would rather hear about you than blab on about myself.
