I've always been interested in vampires, werewolves, and things that go bump in the night.
Other interests include history, politics, law, books, book collecting, knives daggers and swords.
And as far as the things that go bump in the night are concerned I always go and check!
If you read all of this I would suggest that you read my journal. At least certain selected entries. Some of the entries pertain to certain past events in VR history, so if you are new you will not understand, however, I think you will be entertained!

TIME TO GET OUT OF AFGHANISTAN AND IRAQ: The time has come to get out of Afghanistan and Iraq. We are wasting precious human lives. Bring home the troops now! Afghanistan may be the downfall of Obama. Obama is very close to "owning Afghanistan".
More troops were killed in Afghanistan in August 2009 than any other month since the conflict began.
CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVE. YES, PICK UP THE TELEPHONE AND DIAL THE NUMBER. TELL THE AIDE WHO ANSWERS THAT YOU SUPPORT SINGLE PAYOR BUT YOU WILL ACCEPT THE PUBLIC OPTION, FOR THE TIME BEING! Give yourself and your family that gift. Why is it that all other western democracies have some sort of national plan? Why is it that the other western democracies limit the for profit insurance companies and the US does not? Why is it that the U.S. seems so bent on greed and hatred for others that they do not wish to pay for a health system where everyone would be covered from cradle to grave?
So now the Republicans, the party of no, are trying to focus on Nancy Pelosi and her knowlege of the torture. Huh? Seems they have now admitted that torture did take place, all we need to know is who ordered it, who covered it up, who wrote the legal justifcation (actually we know this) and who perfomred it. Crank up the grand jury and indict them all ! But Pelosi is very far down the list and let's not forget that when she learned of the torture, the democrats were not in control of Congress, therefore she WAS NOT in a position to do anything. But yes, I agree, she could have, and should have,leaked the information to the press.
CORPORATE THUGS- Folks cut up those credit cards and refuse to use them! Just say no to perpetual debt and perpetual homage to the corporate masters. Tell them NO!
So tell me my friends how are the credit card companies treating you? Cut them up and get to Consumer credit Counseling. Under Obama there is a possibility that the bankruptcy law might be rolled back but why wait!

Well, Obama won and he is the President. Good! He has a lot of work to do to clean up the mess that W and his conspirators left. Did you know that little prick, W, thought about suspending the First Amendment. He didn't want anyone looking to closely or writing or speaking about what they found. Hey, you know they didn't recover many pieces of that commercial airliner that allegedly hit the Pentagon. Did you know that the Pentagon, being one of the most secure areas on the planet, has many cameras going, yet not a one caught the plane as it hit the Pentagon! I wonder.... no...... maybe......!
I just hope that Obama isn't Bush light! I am concerned at the build up in Afghanistan and the use of drones to kill in Pakistan as well as his coziness with the corporations. Single payer is what we need in this country and to hell with the for profit insurance comapnies that only care about making a profit for their shareholders!
Anybody else on here have trouble with the fact that 51% of all tax dollars go to the military industrial complex. We can already kill every living thing on the planet a 100 times over, so do we really need this continued funding of the war mongers?

THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION- Placed into office by the US Supreme Court in 2000. VP Cheney heads an energy task force where he meets in secret with the major oil companies. To this day the minutes of those meetings have not been released. This country is allegedly attacked by Osama bin Laden, a member of a family that Bush was once in business with. There are many individuals who do not think that it was really bin laden. Did you know that Tim Russert asked Scott McClellan,the former Bush press secretary whether 9/11 was an inside job? McClellan denied it but a few days later Russert died of a heart attack, funny thing about that the "rescue squad" was there in less than 4 minutes. Somewhat quick don't you think? This country invades Iraq on faulty intelliegence and lies propagated by Bush, Cheney and the other criminals! No weapons of mass destruction have been found in Iraq. We are spending 12 billion a month there. This 12 billion is borrowed from China and will have to be repaid.
The illegal invasion of Irag has resulted in no-bid contracts for a number of companies such as Halliburton. For those of you who do not know it Halliburton is the company that Cheney was C.E.O. of before he became Vice-President. Halliburton has made billions of dollars since the invasion of Iraq. Let's see, Cheney, Halliburton, billions hmmm... coincidence I guess! Another company that has benefited is Blackwater. For those of you who do not know Blackwater maintains the largest army of mercenaries in the world. Blackwater is run by Eric Prince, an ex-navy seal. Prince has a security clearance that allows him to walk into C.I.A. headquarters as he pleases. Blackwater also gathers and sells intelligence to the U.S. government. Conisder this, a company is in business to make a profit for it's shareholders, what if a company "cooked" intelligence and sold it to the U.S government. The U.S. government then acts on it and draws the country into another conflict. Blackwater or some other company maybe the beneficiary of another conflict because it receives contracts from the government to provide additional services. Hmmmm.....
Did you know that after Hurricaine Katrina hammered New Orleans Blackwater was on the scene. Oh yes, they were armed to the teeth and on American streets. Just wait until martial law is declared and you to may get a chance to see Blackwater close up! By the way did you know that Blackwater has a 6,000 acre training facility in Virginia.
An illegal invasion, the price of oil sky rockets, the housing market collapses, the stock market is collapsing, banks are beginnig to fail, food prices are rising rapidly, credit card companies are charging outrageous interest rates. All of this has the middle class on the verge of collapsing. You see the Republicans are finally in the position to break the middle class. They want the middle class in debt and fearful and willing to work for just enough to house and feed themselves. Why? To provide a permanent sub class of workers for corporations. You, me, our children ,our grand children. They are waging war.
But, I will leave you with this, If it comes their gated communities and country clubs will not protect them.
Seems Eric Prince the C.E.O. of Blackwater is stepping down. The name also will be changed. The Iraq government has thrown them out. The U.S. government is not renewing certain contracts with them. But don't worry when martial law is declared the citizens will see these thugs close up.
HOW ABOUT JESSE VENTURA the former governor of Minnesota. He has come out and said that he thinks there is something suspicious about the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. This man is not a fool! lately jesse has called Cheney a liar and a draft dodger and said that "give me a waterboard,Cheney and one hour and he will confess to the Sharon Tate murders".
