I Rate Free members and Premium members differently, as Premium have more options available to them then free members do.
1-5 Not to commonly given out, unless your profile is really bad or has a lot of quizzes on it. Or if you say " message to find out more " and there's like 2 lines on your profile.
6-8 Still uncommon rate for me to give. Means I like it, somewhat, but you need to work on it some more. These are probably the rarest gives of all my rates.
