Circle of the Blood Moon
Rays of scarlet light flood the inner chamber through the windows above. Scattered by the early evening mists they cast mis-shape and eerie shadows everywhere.
Caskets and ancient coffins bask in what some would call a forbidding warning that signals nothing but pending dread. Not all moon-lit nights fulfill romantic endeavors of young love and walks in the parks.
No. Some Moons are meant for only those creatures that adore the very Night itself. A song, sung, that only a special few can hear.

The House of Lunazure will now review any and all Coven petitions that are interested in joining the "Cercle De La Lune De Sang."

Basic Requirement: Your Coven must be a part of the Society system of Vampire Rave. Coven must not be presently allied with another Alliance. And show an interest in membership with "Cercle De La Lune De Sang." Hell, it doesn't get much basic than that.
Alliance Benefit: Besides the same benefits that all other Alliances provide to its members and status, I am willing to offer Covens and their members the right to join our House Fellowship. "Cercle De La Lune De Sang" will offer Covens and/ or their individual members to start and run their own smaller groups; Clans, Orders, Groves, etc., with other members of Covens and House members following House Lunazure's Fellowship Guidelines.
Although in its infancy stages, it is unique among the other Societies. More information about this can be found on the House Lunazure Fellowship Page.
Mutual Understanding: All Covens will, and must, allow their members, within the walls of Lunazure, to maintain 100% voluntary participation in all Forums. As such, Lunazure members will, and must, follow all rules and policies within your Covens. All Covens will have a House Page (here in Lunazure) to describe their Coven to other alliances and members of The Dark Network. Read the fine print at bottom of this page.
Summary: I have said this many times over the years here; Vampire Rave, the Societies, The Dark Network, and now the Alliances, are going to be only as good as you, the member, make them. We are all here to enjoy the sites. If we didn't like it here, then we wouldn't be here in the first place. And that folks, is the exact same attitude we are looking for in this Alliance.

House Master of Lunazure
And now for the fine print. The Alliance of "Cercle De La Lune De Sang," created on 25 June 2009, is being offered by "The House of Lunazure" aka "House Lunazure" to all Covens on "Vampire Rave." As such, all policies, rules, terms, guidelines, etc., set by our Prince will be followed and adhere to without question. That said, as Alliance and House Master, my exceptations are simple enough.
All Coven Masters will discipline their own members. Drama is not part of this House or Alliance, nor will it be tolerated. I will reserve the right to disband any Coven from the alliance if and when necessary without warning. In return, all visiting Lunazurites will conduct themselves according to host Coven's policy. Troublesome visiting House members will be automatically Blinded. Again, there will be no warning. Like I mentioned earlier- simple enough.
